Here are some frequently asked questions that you may find helpful before contacting us.

We have worked incredibly hard on designing a website that is aesthetically pleasing, clear to read and easy to navigate.

However, we do understand that all of the wonderful choices we have given our customers in terms of artwork, clothing and accessory products, can be a little confusing.

So, allow me to simplify what we offer our customers in easy steps.

1 - Go to "Artwork collections" in the main header

2 - Choose ANY painting & Note the ARTCODE!

4- Go to "PRODUCTS" in the main header, CHOOSE a product & select your ARTCODE from the drop down menu.

5 - once you have chosen your SIZE and QUANTITY, then ADD TO CART!

Your ORDER & ART CODE is correct!

⚠️ Unchecked codes at checkout cannot be rectified once printing has begun.

let me explain

The price under each painting represents the cost of the FRAMED PRINT at the size stated next to the image.

The cost of the same painting, on either clothing or accessories, is reflected within the price of the product.

For example:

Painting title - Aalia's wish

Size- 10X10 Inch

Price- £45

ARTCODE - AW01

🌟 If you choose to buy the Framed print of the painting the cost would be £45 (a stated above)

🌟🌟 If you chose to have that same painting on a hooded dress.

You would select the DRESS & the above ARTCODE (AW01) from the product section options, before adding to cart.

The cost for the dress with the image, would only be the £48 product price (as stated next to the product).

Yes! At present we deliver to the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

As well as delivering to certain countries in Europe. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on a product weight and destination.

We have a vast amount of paintings in our ever growing artwork collection, as well as multiple products on which we offer customers to print. Until a customer makes an order, we have no way of knowing which combinations of paintings and products are in demand. This means that we do not hold large quantities of stock.

To ensure we do not print more than we require, we print on a made to order basis. This takes a little time, but well worth the wait!We have set all orders to typically arrive within 10 business days. You'll be notified along the way and especially if we run into any printing postal issues.

We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team regarding reason for return and initiating a successful return, exchange and/or refund.

Please write the word "RETURN" in the subject box, to ensure it gets delivered to the right area.

We currently have a few discount codes available to ensure you get a good deal. However, sometimes technology goes wrong or the code could Simply be expired.

All of our codes have been set for either certain customers, particular items or for limited time periods.

For example: New customers or Halloween specials.

So, if you think your code is not working, there's a few things you can do.

✅ check the expiry date

✅ Check that you are eligible

✅ Check you have the right products for that code
